Now we’re getting closer. The trunk holds up the entire tree—it’s your life’s most defining events. The turning points. The trauma. The heartbreak. The disappointments. The moments you decided—consciously or not—what kind of woman you were, and what kind of life was possible for you.

You might believe those events define you. But they don’t. What actually shapes your reality lies even deeper.

The Roots: Your Core Beliefs

This is where it all begins. Your roots are the beliefs you hold about yourself, others, and the world.

"I’m not enough." "It’s not safe to speak up." "People always leave." "I have to do it all on my own."

These are often buried so deep, you don’t even realize they’re there. But they’re the silent architects of your entire life.
